i know this has been mentioned before, but is there any reason why number 0 is posting to this board?

firstly this user does not exist, and it's wasting good board space!.

please could an admin fix it

I spoke to my boyfriend who is a computer genius and he reccons a user tried to post to the boards, but when they hit post and the data was sent to the surver, it got scrambled.
I've seen this before, maybe an admin or CL could have a look and shed some light on it?

About all we cl's can do is point them out to the admins to zap. Because they're not even real board posts we can't delete them. I do point them out when I see them.

If the board posts were rows in a MySQL table, an admin would need to drop the row of the table, and could probably run a PHP script to loop through all posts on the board looking for an ID of 0 and then dropping the respective row.

We think we got the problem fixed. ONe of the boards was set up to allow posts without being logged in.
